Internews

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Internews seeks two experienced Monitoring & Evaluation Specialists to join our project as short-term consultants (part-time over a 6-month period). The consultants will work with Internews’ Journalist Security Fellowship team to upskill participating journalists from six Central European countries (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia) in M&E and provide ongoing mentorship during the execution of trainings. Journalists will be conducting scenario-based trainings focused on digital security, with an intentional focus on verifying whether this training method is effective. As such, the M&E Specialists will be equipping participants with the skills needed to assess training outcomes.

LOGISTICS

This is a remote-based, part-time, short-term consultancy spanning approximately 6 months.

All remote candidates will be considered. However, you must have work authorization in your location that does not require sponsorship from Internews. Additionally, there are locations in which Internews is not able to support fully remote work. Preference given to candidates based or working in target countries (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia).
