Mobile Team Lead

Nano is a full-stack technology company, building an end-to-end solution (from HW, FW, Big-Data pipelines, AI, and mobile) that offers developers a chance to be a part of multidisciplinary empowered teams that own their roadmap and growth. We believe that people, purpose, and impact make great teams and we are looking for a Mobile Team Lead to assist our core backend services and public APIs evolving and scaling to ensure a successful launch and growth with new feature development, varied customer needs, and increased user traffic.

Responsibilities

• Play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining new application development.
• Maintain old application bugs and critical features. Ensure a smooth transition.
• Work with teammates to improve our product, quality, technology, processes, and effectiveness continuously.
• Ensure quality and reliability through unit integration and end-to-end tests.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues using instrumentation and logs.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a hands-on mobile developer, preferably IOS – Objective C or Swift
• At least 2 years in Flutter
• 3 years as team leader.
• Experience with SQL and No-SQL databases.
• Solid understanding of design patterns and principles.
• Solid Architectural understanding.
• Ability to write clean, production-ready, highly scalable, modular, and well-tested code.
