Group Chief Financial Officer

 

to support us on our growth path and to actively shape the business and the way we operate.

This is probably one of the most exciting CFO positions in the Swiss tech market at the moment, with the opportunity to have substantial impact on the organization, bring in your own ideas and become a member of a well-established management team.

 

Your Job will include:

 

Manage and supervise all financial and legal activities of the group.
Be a proactive sparring partner fort the CEO, and all C-Level managers.
Plan and design our future with a business and growth-oriented budget which you will create and implement.
Provide insightful reporting for the Group Management, the Board and external partners.
Deliver meaningful financial KPIs for areas such as Sales, HR, Engineering, Product and of course all financial areas group wide.
Ensure solid financial planning and controlling across all legal entities.
Own, improve and further implement all financial processes.
Be responsible for the Workday ERP System and further develop it to fit the growth of the company.
Support the analysis and potential execution of M&A activities.
Lead, motivate and coach a team of 14 high-performing individuals across 4 countries.

 

You are the right candidate, if this sounds like you:

 

You have a university degree in an economical field or similar areas
Additionally you have relevant certifications in accounting and controlling.
You have worked in a similar role before – ideally in a tech company (SaaS) or similar – and can show a positive track record.
You have led a substantial team across borders and legal entities.
“Getting things done” is a natural trait of yours and you have experience in managing large (change) projects.
You have a broad experience across various areas of financial management such as controlling, financial planning, accounting, tax optimization and intercompany cost allocation.
You have worked in fast paced growth environments and are used to scale processes.
You are experienced in the Swiss market and its financial rules and regulations (incl. Swiss GAAP FER).
Being hands-on and thinking strategically is not a contradiction to you.
You enjoy thinking outside of your area of work and to actively drive business decisions.
You currently live or are willing to move to Switzerland (ideally Bern or Zurich, but open to other locations too).
You speak German and English fluently (additional Spanish would be a plus).
You are a team player with a good sense of Humour.
