About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant/Business Analyst to join our growing company. As a Microsoft Gold Partner, we deliver business consulting and industry-focused enterprise software solutions with a full range of services including implementation, migration, maintenance, support, and development for Microsoft Dynamics enterprise clients, ISVs and VARs worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Your day will consist of:

  • Participating in every aspect of the implementation from analyzing the customer’s business requirements to configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet the customer’s needs
  • Participating in the process of determining the overall conceptual design and performing business process modeling
  • Working with developers during initial stages of the project to ensure common vision of the features being developed
  • Investigating tasks and provide estimates on hours, schedules and deadlines
  • Providing in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluate the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality
  • Ensuring strict correspondence between solutions developed in the team and customer’s requirements
  • Performing functional analysis and troubleshooting
  • Writing ‘walkthrough’ documentation, as a part of delivery processes
  • Participating in project meetings and report progress to Project Manager or customer directly
  • Communicating with customers directly on requirements and support
  • Performing demo sessions for customers

Qualifications

Here is what it takes to be successful in the role:

  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (understanding the architecture, knowledge of functional areas)
  • Deep technical and functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and On-Premise
    • 2015 (v.7)
    • 2016 (v.8)
    • Dynamics 365 (v.9)
  • Understanding of MS Dynamics CRM processes
  • Ability to:
    • Analyze, understand, and dissect business problems
    • Model data and processes
  • English – Intermediate, ability to work in multi-cultural environment
  • Ability to work in a team, good coordination skills
  • Remote work environment experience
  • A systematic approach to problem solving, analytical thinking, teamwork, leadership, responsibility
  • Excellent technical investigation skills
  • Experience in Dynamics 365 Unified Interface
  • MS SQL (basic queries, views, stored procedures and functions)
  • XM
