As an Environmental Coordinator, your key responsibilities will be to assist in the coordination and maintenance of environmental compliance, education, and training programs.

What It Takes
3+ years’ experience monitoring environmental compliance on energy construction projects
NY State Erosion and Sediment Control Certificate Program (NYSESCCP) or Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC)
Effective professional oral and written communication skills with construction colleagues and customer representatives
Skilled at implementing Environmental Management and Construction Plan (EMCP) 40-Hour
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) and current 8-hour refresher (preferred)
NY State Article VII (Major Electric & Gas Transmission Facilities) compliance experience (preferred)
This is a limited-term, full-time hours role for 37-month project duration with an opportunity to stay on if another project arises
Valid driver license and an acceptable driving record.
