About Our Client
Our client is involved in a development in the KSA Region with a focus on tourism.
Job Description
Manage, assign, and change the offices seats, layout, and accommodation rooms
Develop, initiate and prepare the SLA’s scope of works for services providers
Manage and tender the RFP’s of services providers related to Facilities Management services
Manage and provide all the planned preventive maintenance
Manage, prepare and oversee Contracts SLA’s
Manage and response to all the reactive maintenance and emergencies
Monitor and evaluate the services providers performance
Manage and oversee the lessor performance in term hard and soft services
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be strong in maintenance management with a focus in hospitality property. Strong leadership skills and management skills are required.
