About Our Client
Our client is a Saudi Arabian government entity focusing on developments around a region of historical and cultural significance. They are currently seeking a candidate in asset management. The role will be to run the operations of newly built properties in the region. This will be a client-side opportunity (working for a government subsidiary).
Job Description
Responsible for managing the regulatory framework, strategies, and oversight for asset management within the region
Understanding of leasing and pricing in the area and how it would be set up
Creation of an asset register
The Successful Applicant
Middle East experience; particularly Saudi Arabia
Asset Management for large-scale mix-use developments
Semi-government (Regulatory Bodies) or Private Sector (Developers) background
