About Our Client

Job Description
Providing all travel options/costs for travellers
Extensive appointment management
Management of a team of 4 people
Drive continuous improvements to the travel program to meet company needs
Schedulequarterlyreviewswithtravelvendorstoaccuratelymeasure usage/expense and developtermsbeneficialtoboth parties
Monitor and manage high risk travel situations; lead efforts for travel crisis response
Manage KPIs and travel policy
Documentation work including the updating of a shared travel record
Company card expenses through Salesforce
Liaising with travellers regarding their travel requirements and coordinating group trips where appropriate
Booking travel – flights, trains, taxis, hotels
Sending travel bookings to the travellers in a clear and concise manner, and diarising the same
Checking COVID requirements for trips (full training will be given) including booking COVID tests where applicable and keeping abreast of ongoing changes and responding to those changes
Preparing detailed itineraries for individual and group travel – laying out all information and maps etc.
Booking travel insurance
Diarising travel with maps and information for destinations
The Successful Applicant
Significant global travelprogram management experience, ideally in a corporateenvironment
Strongknowledgeoftravelprocurementpractices; abilitytoanalyzetravel data and reportingto drive enhancements and costsavings
Excellent detail orientation and organizationalskills
Strongcustomerfocus
Abilitytoeffectivelybuildrelationshipswithinternalstakeholders and gain a strongknowledgeofinternaltravelrequirements
Outstanding problem solving and critical thinking skills
Abilitytoeffectively manage multiple projectssimultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient user of G Suite
