About Our Client

Our client is an Oil and Gas Trading organisation, a Russian Business company based in Dubai.

The company is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to support the three Partners within the company, providing complete administrative support.

Job Description

As the Administrative Assistant to the three Partners of the firm, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Job Description

Word processing, spreadsheets, arranging travel, and scheduling meetings
Review and format contractual documents, and or issue and file these documents as necessary
Generate reports using Excel in preparation for meetings and presentations
Prepare presentation materials and gather information as needed
Ensure the overall maintenance of the office including stationary orders, office management and reception duties
Provide personal assistance to the partners as required eg. travel, schedule meetings etc
Verify worker claims and expenses and follow the safety protocols established for this industry

The Successful Applicant

Excellent communication skills in English and Russian
Proven Administration, Office Coordination, Office Management, Project, Operations or Finance experience
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and general computer skills.
Have the ability to maintain an up-to-date calendar and generate quality reports.
