MHPSS Lead Coordinator (Ukrainian Nationals Only)

Since 2014, the Ukrainian-American charity fund RAZOM for Ukraine has been successfully operating in Ukraine, created by Ukrainians from New York, who united volunteer communities in America, Ukraine and other countries to implement projects to help restore Ukraine and improve the lives of Ukrainians. More about the fund: https://www.razomforukraine.org. Now the fund manages more than 16 programs of various directions, among them the program “With you”. This is a project of a network of mental health support centers for children and adults affected by the consequences of war, with the aim of preventing the development of post-traumatic stress disorders. More about the center: https://www.razomforukraine.org/razom-with-you/ The project is working, has a team of psychologists and an administrative staff. Currently, the project is focused on the development of a new methodology of psychoeducational initiatives for and implementation of a digital platform in accordance with WHO recommendations.

Key tasks:

Participation in the formation of the project strategy and concept :

• Identification of key population categories for the provision of services and inquiries to be undertaken.
• Management of the quality of provision of psychological services.
• Involvement and adaptation of the best international practices to the work of the project.

Development of methods and determination of psychological team work methods:

• Development of methodology and standards for the provision of psychological services.
• Identification and description of priority methods used for psychological services.

Development and management of the professional level of the psychological team:

• Creation of criteria for attracting, evaluating and developing a psychological team.
• Assessment of the professional level of the psychological team.
• Creation and implementation of a program of measures for professional development (supervision, interviews, etc.).

Adaptation of the program to local and international standards and requirements:

• Monitoring and cooperation with international organizations in the field of psychological health, local state organizations and committees.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in psychological or psychotherapy practice.
• 3+ years of experience leading a team of psychologists, psychological center or department of a scientific or educational institution in the field of psychology.
• Experience in the creation and implementation of the concept of the development of the center of psychological services.
• Experience in adaptation and implementation of methods of psychological practice in the non-state or commercial sector.
• Experience in conducting training events for psychologists.
• Availability of certifications in one or more psychotherapeutic methods.
• Belonging to or established contacts with international, local psychological associations, universities and communities.
• The level of English is not lower than Pre-Intermediate.

Ключові завдання:

Участь у формуванні стратегії та концепції проєкту:

• Визначення ключових категорій населення для надання послуг та запитів, які беруться в роботу.
• Керування якістю надання психологічних послуг.
• Залучення та адаптація кращих міжнародних практик до роботи проекту.

Розвиток методик та визначення методів роботи психологічної команди:

• Розробка методології та стандартів надання психологічних послуг.
• Визначення та опис пріоритетних методів, які використовуються для психологічних послуг.

Розвиток та керування професійним рівнем психологічної команди:

• Створення критеріїв для залучення, оцінки та розвитку психологічної команди.
• Проведення оцінки професійного рівня психологічної команди.
• Створення та реалізація програми заходів до професійного розвитку (супервізії, інтервізїї, тощо).
• Адаптація програми до локальних та міжнародних стандартів та вимог: Моніторинг та співпраця з міжнародними організаціями у сфері психологічного здоров’я, локальними державними організаціями та комітетами.

Вимоги:

• 5+ років досвіду в психологічній чи психотерапевтичній практиці.
• 3+ років досвіду керівництва командою психологів, психологічного центру чи відділу наукового чи навчального закладу в психологічній сфері.
• Досвід у створенні та реалізації концепції розвитку центру психологічних послуг.
• Досвід в адаптації та втіленні методик роботи психологічної практики в недержавному чи комерційному секторі.
• Досвід у проведенні навчальних заходів для психологів.
• Наявність сертифікацій в одному чи більше психотерапевтичних методів.
• Належність чи вибудовані контакти з міжнародними, локальними психологічними асоціаціями, ВУЗами та спільнотами.
• Рівень англійської мови – не нижче Pre-Intermediate.
