The role is responsible to acquire new merchants, manage, and develop business strategies and execute plans to champion growth.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve annual sales targets
- Retain and tap the growth potential of existing accounts
- Work with the Pre-sales, Product, and Operations Teams to facilitate a seamless Customer on-boarding process
- Motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
- At least 10 years of enterprise sales or corporate sales experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably with merchant acquiring experience from banks or financial service institutions
- Must have extensive experience in Enterprise Sales, Key Accounts Management, and Solutions Selling
- Able to manage and coach a sales team
