We will rely on you to:
Own personal sales target (financial and pipeline)
Identify opportunities and lead sale pitches to convert new business opportunities into revenue
Work collaboratively with other sales and consulting colleagues
Fully qualify opportunities to assess the likelihood of success
Identify top prospects within your target markets and develop and deliver pursuit plans to progress to wins
Work in partnership with the digital sales team to generate leads for your assigned markets
Drive development of any local sales and marketing plan in conjunction with the local teams and be seen as a pivotal supporter of the local business.
Establish professional relationships with key customer accounts and their decision markers
Actively manage sales pipeline and forecast future revenue
Maintain required industry and technical knowledge
Compliance with sales process and robust use of the sales effectiveness tools
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments in relation to business need to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their need
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
What you need to have:
We are looking to partner with candidates who can demonstrate a proven track record in
achieving sales targets and account retention in a consultative sales environment, ideally
product sales delivered via a technology platform.
Educated to minimum Degree level
Minimum six years of sales experience in a business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a consultative, business to-business environment
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Experience of selling Technology and/or talent assessment products to HR leaders will be an advantage
Experience of selling online examination platforms and proctoring technologies to the education sector and/or online certification technology would be an advantage
