They mainly deal with: mental health, PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) treatment, support and therapy within nutrition centers, maternal and child wards, hospitals and health centers (victims of sexual violence, AIDS).

Responsibility – Organization and planning of mental health activities, in coordination with other members of the medical team Coordination of mental health activities with local counterparts (such as Ministry of Health, World Health Organization and other NGOs), including referral services – Management of the mental health team of local staff (selection, training / insertion, evaluation, potential identification, development) in close coordination with the human resources department – Supervision of local staff in daily mental health activities according to MSF protocols and standards – Psychological support to patients according to MSF protocols if necessary – Compilation of data and statistics related to Mental Health (MH) activities, reporting to the MH activities manager – Statistical data recording and analysis – Make sure patient information is kept confidential

Indispensable requirements – Professional qualification exam – Two years of clinical work experience in health facilities accredited to the NHS (mental health centers, clinics, hospitals, etc.), following the qualification exam (any internship experiences are excluded) – Work experience in the psycho-social sector in the fields of trauma, sexual violence, HIV-AIDS or patients with other chronic diseases – Good knowledge of English (B2) and French (B2) – Availability for 9-12 months

Preferential requirements – Experience of clinical support in the field of migration – Experience in management, supervision, training and clinical practice – Previous work experience in a foreign country with limited resources, added value if in the humanitarian field
