Position Summary
Responsible for generating Medicare selling activities by interacting with those eligible for Medicare for the Plan in assigned state. Selling activities include direct sales opportunities via telemarketing, written communication and other sales distribution channels. Responsible for day-to-day activities of call center, sales prospecting, and assisting sales force. Utilizes market knowledge, health care delivery system, and Medicare Market to accomplish sales and marketing strategy goals. Adherence to all CMS regulatory and marketing guidelines are required.
Required
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) years of managed care sales and/or member services experience
- Valid current Resident Agent Health & Life Insurance – Licensed to Sell Medicare Advantage Products in Assigned State
Preferred
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or comparable field.
- Two (2) Year Medicare Advantage Sales and Marketing Experience
