We are looking for an experienced Marketing Solutions Lead to join our EU CIMZIA Rheumatology team.

About The Role

The CIMZIA Marketing Solutions Lead is accountable for the creation and implementation of all commercial solutions at a European level, to be rolled out in the different European markets. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of the EU CIMZIA Rheumatology Brand Plan through cross-functional collaboration. You will ensure the successful execution of EU High Impact Activities including the Real-time data-driven programme and EULAR. Additionally, you will drive European insights, optimize the portfolio, and drive the internal ‘Rheumatology Community’ in partnership with the wider Rheumatology team.

Who You Will Work With

You will directly report to Cimzia EU Head and work in partnership with medical, market access, omnichannel, patient experience and I2i.

What You Will Do

  • Develop the EU CIMZIA Rheumatology Brand plan in collaboration with EU medical, market access, PEx and Area Solution Leads, making modifications where necessary to reflect new market insights or changes in market dynamics. Ensure alignment and successful execution of EU High Impact Activities by the Areas and track EU and area implementation and delivery against agreed KPI´s.
  • Lead and deliver outputs across key workstreams of the Real Time Data Driven Programme orchestrated with Areas, including Content creation (field force and digital) and Journey design. ( See Appendix for full list of responsibilities and capabilities required for the RTDDP.)
  • Lead EULAR CIMZIA related workstreams in collaboration with the wider EULAR team to ensure the delivery of CIMIZA desired impacts – pre, during and after.
  • Foster and develop relationships with key external Rheumatology stakeholders across Europe and remain abreast the changes in the immunology care environment, including guidelines & competitive intelligence enabling us to pivot strategy as and when required.
  • Co-lead the EU internal Rheumatology Community in collaboration with BKZ marketing lead, ensuring CIMZIA is appropriately represented, and best practice shared.
  • Lead by example to ensure a culture of compliance in all initiatives and activities undertaken within iEU.

Interested? For this role we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably a master’s degree.
  • 5-10 years of healthcare sales, marketing, or omnichannel experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in specialty pharmaceuticals/biologics at both local and European levels, and proficiency in matrix organizations and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Extensive analytical proficiency in Rheumatology Marketing and adept at leading complex projects with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Have a strong understanding of the customer, the brand, and its key messages,
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
