Support the media sales team to ensure that they are able to service new and existing clients effectively and efficiently.

• Assisting the sales and planning teams to compile accurate and on-time media plans and presentations for pitching to new clients

• Gathering information on media assets as needed to satisfy client brief

• Build and nurture relationships with media owners

• Liaise with suppliers to process campaign documentation, campaign artwork and production materials to ensure the success of the campaigns

• Liaise with internal finance team to ensure accurate processing of campaign media schedules, invoices, booking orders

• Collect photos and logs once campaigns go live. Prepared post campaign report.
