Job Title: Media and Communication Assistant
Department: Media and Communication
Report to: Senior Media and Communication officer

Job Purpose

To contribute to the development of social media strategies and policies, and to be responsible for creating and managing the social media content for all SF accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Create, edit, and post multi-media content on social media accounts and websites, including video dissemination on YouTube Channel or on website,

  • Assist social media management with large projects, events, and community management
  • Work as part of a team to assist in the development of social media campaigns
  • Create dynamic written, graphic, and video content
  • Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content
  • Monitor, review, and respond to comments and interact with followers to best develop our online presence.
  • Produce regular reports on social media performance
  • Responsible for social media research, best practices, and trends
  • Use timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing and altering schedules where necessary
  • Respect and apply all the PSEA principles, and show high commitment to report any SEA action

Qualification (Education/Work Experience)

1. Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media, Art, or any related field
  • 1-year experience in the social media and communication field
