We are looking for a CS Assistant who will be part of our Customer Service Department, which mainly deals in the ordering process, ensuring that our products is served with the adequate service level to all of our customers.
Key responsibilities:
Order execution: receiving orders, calculating charges
Processing deliveries and preparing proper custom documents
Listening to customers’ concerns and handling complaints and returns
Giving detailed explanations of services or products
Working with a sales team to create better methods to address customer complaints
Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues
Communicating with customers in-person, through email or chat, over the phone
Monitoring customer satisfaction levels
Referring customers to superiors when necessary
Qualification and Skills:
Technical Diploma or Economic Degree,
Max 3 years of experience
Excellent knowledge of excel and ERP system (Navision)
Fluency in English
Ability to work in a very dynamic environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Seriousness and precision
Strong sense of organization and good aptitude for team work
