Help is seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of Customer service manager for its Emergency assistance programme to ensure support of programme activities.

Summary:

Help is seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of MEAL Assistant. Customer service manager will work under supervision of the MEAL Officer and will be responsible for the support of programme activities.

Location: MEAL Assistant will be based in Kyiv.

Starting date: ASAP

Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitoring and Evaluation

  • Collects, segregates, sorts, and manages statistical data on incoming and outgoing communication and requests and reports to the MEAL Officer on it.
  • Assists the MEAL Officer in developing registration forms and other means for conflict-affected population to request aid.
  • Assists the MEAL Officer in establishing data flow mechanisms, including data collection, storage, analysis, interpretation, and timely feedback from scratch.
  • Assists the MEAL Officer in ensuring disaggregation of all data by sex, age, disability status, and others, as well as by project, donor, geographical area, activity etc.
  • Assists the MEAL Officer in producing M&E reports containing summary data, reviewing overall performance against targets

Accountability and Learning

  • Receives incoming calls from people in need of assistance.
  • Registers calls and requests.
  • Process requests from people in need of assistance and provides information about availability of humanitarian aid and other assistance via phone, email, or other means.
  • Provides extensive explanation of various Helpprograms upon request.
  • Receives feedback about Helpprograms and reports this feedback to the MEAL Officer.
  • Assists the MEAL Officer in setting up and maintaining proper Complaints Response Mechanism (CRM).

Other

  • Performs other relevant tasks as assigned by the MEAL Officer

Qualificationsand Skills:

  • University degree preferable.
  • Previous experience in the field will be considered as an advantage.
  • IT literacy.
  • Advanced knowledge of Ukrainian and English is a must.
  • Analytical and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, initiative, responsibility.
  • Conflict resolution capability.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of the team.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adjust to new assignments.
  • Previous experience in civil/NGO sector, both local and international, with similar scope and type of work will be considered as an advantage.

Reporting and communication:

MEAL Assistant reports to the MEAL Officer according to the reporting procedure set by Help.
