Monitoring and evaluation assistance will be assigned to carry out the tasks requested by the line manager in relation to the follow-up and evaluation work in the field of humanitarian projects and follow-up of project work to verify their completion.
Tasks and duties:
- Support the Program manager in all processes and tasks of data collection, and follow up on all the activities effectively from the beginning of the project period till the end of implementation.
- Support project / program staff on ways to document, organize and capture program progress correctly.
- Work closely to the program and field team to effectively follow up on the project’s activities.
- Track the progress of projects as well as tracking project performance, indicators, and monitoring and evaluation manuals.
- Verify the various types of documentation contained in the logical framework, , then sending them to the direct manager at the appointed time.
- Prepare the required reports in accordance with the olive branch policy and in coordination with the concerned manager, which includes submitting periodic reports on her work to her direct manager or whoever is appointed.
- Carry out tasks assigned by her direct manager and in the field of work.
Qualifications:
• A university degree or diploma
• Motivated to work in the humanitarian context
• Good level of use of Excel.
• Required languages:
1 – Arabic
2 – English
• Turkish Citizenship
