Your Purpose
- Responsible for the accurate trading and negotiation of MCBC assets with external customers using MBMS guidelines.
- First point of contact for internal and external customers in need of MBMS or asset database support.
- Individually responsible for analysis and maintenance of asset data, negotiation of MBMS transactions, accurate and appropriate data entry, compliance with Code of Practice and exception handling.
- Collectively responsible for team performance and morale through raising awareness of issues and working together to implement solutions.
- Responsible for the trading of MCBC assets with external customers under MBMS guidelines through the verification of costs, and resolution of discrepancies.
- Responsible for producing accurate MBMS invoices for MBMS transactions.
- Accountable for “real cash” transactions with external customers.
- Deliver excellent service to internal and external customers by providing support and promoting awareness of MBMS. Ensure responses are timely and informed with regards to all queries.
- Ensure accurate data entry e.g. Brand/asset information, Value, COP assets, and account details are correct so MBMS can be transacted via service hub and asset database integrity is maintained.
- Exception handling – process system exceptions e.g. Large or multiple account takeovers/ projects/ ad hoc report analysis
About You
- You must possess good questioning skills, be able to effectively challenge customer demands and manage expectations through robust objection handling.
- You will be able to demonstrate a track record of accurate/relevant data entry
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills, offers constructive solutions to MBMS/COP/process issues.
- Strong technical dispense knowledge.
- Demonstrated record of owning customer issues through to satisfactory conclusions
