Key responsibilities:
- Perform affinity and kinetics determinations of antibody-antigen interactions using Biacore (surface plasmon resonance, SPR) and solution equilibrium titration techniques (SET)
- Design and execute experiments to investigate the mode of action of antibodies
- Contribute to the optimization of antibodies, improving their affinity, developability, and other relevant factors
- Active collaboration between the Immunology disease area and Biologics Research Center with regular presentation of scientific data at internal meetings
- Utilize techniques such as SPR (Biacore), flow cytometry, ELISA, functional assays to evaluate antibody binding specificity, affinity, and biological activity

Role Requirements
Essential requirements:
- Recent master’s graduate with a degree in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences, or a similar field
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Experience/Professional requirements:
- Experience in cell culture and general molecular biology techniques
- Capability of independently running experiments
Desirable requirements:
- Prior experience with SPR measurements (e.g., on Biacore instruments)
- Background in immunology
- Good knowledge of antibodies
- Excellent team player
- Good communication and presentation skills
