About Your Role
You will join the Marketplace Operations team, which is at the heart of Ankorstore business. The Marketplace Operations team’s vision is to strengthen and accelerate our growth by providing our Brands and Retailers with the best user experience. Quality online content drives retailers’ engagement. Your role will be to support our content quality & compliance Manager in ensuring that our online content meets our quality and compliance standards to boost retailer’s engagement.
Some of the questions that you will have to answer daily will be: What are the key product page elements needed to provide our retailers with all the information they need? What is the definition of a high-quality picture at Ankorstore? How can we identify non-compliant contents in a scalable way?
We are at the beginning of a great journey and there is a lot to do to allow our business to scale in order to deliver on our ambitious goals.
Responsibilities:
- In charge of our content quality and compliance processes to display content that converts
- Drive continuous improvement, change management and reporting on weekly performances, incl. main issues
- Provide your department stakeholders with actionable reports, incl. Lowlights and corrective actions
- Work with all stakeholders of the content flow in Operations and other departments (e.g., account executive, Brand integration and support, Business Development Manager) to build 360° understanding of issue root-causes and suggest improvements
- Perform analyses to retrieve relevant data to:
- Make strategic decisions and frame long-term improvement projects
- Spot opportunities and ensure we’re seizing quick wins
- Lead key initiatives together with various stakeholders to improve service level
- Help build best in class quality processes to improve level of quality of our content
- Build knowledge and be recognised as an expert on Content quality
- Build material (training, webinar) to contribute to advocate Brand content quality internally (within Ankorstore) and externally (towards Brands)
Preferred Experience:
- Graduated from Top Engineering School or Business School
- You enjoy and are used to working in a fast-paced & ever-changing environment
- You have experience in Excel (BI tools and SQL are a +)
- Fluent in English (French is a +)
