Your contribution will be

• Supporting the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing to mobilize audiences, increase brand awareness and create a clear and relevant image for FOUR PAWS in Switzerland including the adaptation of international campaigns to the national market
• Collaborating with Marketing Manager for marketing and communications related activities, including organizing events, fairs and other projects, in cooperation with other departments
• Supporting quality management and assurance regarding usage of FOUR PAWS’ CI
• Managing all marketing materials such as brochures, filler ads, clothes, etc. including new designs, production and re-order for stock
• Maintaining open communication and escalating issues and risks to Line Manager
• Taking on other duties as assigned

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Education or experience in project management and marketing/communications or equivalent
• Ideally first experience working for an agency and/or publishing company
• Team player with a high degree of initiative
• Organized and able to remain big picture oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German, good English skills (minimum B2 equivalent) required, French knowledge is an advantage
• Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
