Marketing Officer
Location: UK Flexible (hybrid role working between home and office)
Hours per week: 35
Contract type: Fixed term contract until 30th December 2022
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum – pro rata (plus £3,344 Inner London Weighting allowance if applicable)

About this opportunity

As Marketing Officer you will be responsible for the delivery of multi-channel integrated marketing plans for internal clients and stakeholders, working closely with internal clients to ensure that they have a positive customer experience and that their business needs are met through the effective delivery of the agree activity, whilst developing excel lent working relationships with all internal teams, external agencies and suppliers.
You will be required to manage multiple marketing campaigns, to time and budget, constantly reviewing performance on the marketing plans, completing all outcomes-focussed evaluations for marketing activity delivered in a timely manner, ensuring that any given marketing activity integrates appropriately with wider communications and engagement teams’ support.
You’ll work with the design team to deliver all activity on brand in terms of visual identity and messaging and scheduled optimally and work closely in partnership with in-house communications specialists and external agencies as appropriate to deliver integrated marketing solutions, reviewing, updating and refining marketing plans based on insights and learnings, ensuring that you communicate these in a timely way to all key stakeholders
What we are looking for
To succeed in the role, you will have a solid background managing multi-channel campaigns and working with creative teams to create effective promotional assets. You will be a self-starter, confident in working on your own initiative and making recommendations and improvements where required.
Used to working in a fast paced, collaborative and deadline driven environment, you will have proven experience of working with multiple teams and stakeholders. Your excellent communication skills mean you are comfortable providing clear briefs and reporting on performance against KPIs.
