The Marketing Manager will develop, execute, and lead the Company’s marketing function. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as a long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. The candidate should have experience and knowledge of traditional and digital marketing. A people-person who is driven towards building a top brand within the region. The Marketing Manager will execute marketing strategies and projects through collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications across all channels.
Requirements:
- 10+years of related professional experience, with a minimum of 5+ years managing and leading the marketing function
- Proven experience developing and driving strategic direction for bringing a brand/product story to life.
- Strong analytical skills – the ability to interpret and build a compelling story using data and insights, to best leverage an overall business development and investment strategy
- Deep knowledge of current performance marketing tools, strategies and trends, and ability to lead the functions from concept to execution
- Strong research skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills – proven ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation, presentation skills, build and nurture cross-functional relationships.
- Arabic language is a plus
