Marketing Manager – dubizzle Property

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing marketing campaigns and events for the organization.

In This Role You Will

• Be responsible for managing marketing, advertising and promotional activities to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of the company through various goals and objectives
• Manage all marketing activities at dubizzle Property.
• Plan marketing and branding objectives.
• Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
• Develop highly engaging and memorable marketing campaigns promoting services and ideas.
• Define and implementing commercial strategy.
• Analyze sales and keeping a keen eye on external market trends and co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by leveraging information and defining opportunities
• Identify and evaluating all key market trends and seeking opportunities.
• Accomplish marketing objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising and promotion programmes.
• Create and execute big ideas and providing effective advertising solutions, which is what our organizational culture thrives on.
• Plan, Implement and execute company events.
• Plan, Direct and Monitor social media strategies and activities.
• Work closely with design departments/ agencies and assisting with new product and feature launches.
• Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
• Prepare online and print marketing campaigns.
• Oversee the company’s marketing budget.
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing Communications would be ideal Experience
• 5+ years of experience with 3 years based in the UAE in a similar role with a proven track record in coordinating and managing effective marketing campaigns through various channels
• Demonstrate marketing expertise, and the ability to contribute at both strategic and operational levels
• Fluent in English – written and spoken
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong coordination skill
• Self-starter with the ability to manage own workload and adjusting as needed
• Detail oriented and a can-do and flexible approach
• Ability to perform under pressure and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Applying basic work ethic, which includes but not limited to, respect, time management & adherence of company and department policies and procedures
• Fluent understanding and application of company Values, Honest, Innovation, Ownership
• Understands and applies competencies linked to level of expertise
