Job Purpose

The Aftersales Marketing Manager is responsible for the successful planning, development and implementation of any marketing communication plan and promotional activities aimed at developing awareness, looking for new trends for additional revenue generation and ultimately creating loyalty for Aftersales customers of Toyota & Lexus for a lasting and unique customer experience.

Strategic Planning

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Develop annual Marketing Plan for Aftersales products and service solutions, opportunities and marketing initiatives to foster loyalty and ensure objectives are achieved.

Campaign Development

  • Internal communications procedure: Responsible for the creation of marketing Aftersales communication strategies to support programs
  • Campaign delivery: Responsible for clear process of documents of installation and procedures related to activities to business partners from service and parts

Metrics

Manage and maximize effectiveness of marketing budget and internal accounts for Aftersales Marketing

Job Context

  • Understand and implement strategic planning for yearly marketing activities increasing VIN visits to service centers
  • Benchmark performance and brand engagement against international standard of aftersales communication.
  • Evaluating and studying competitive promotions
  • Budget control
  • Understanding customer value and measuring engagement levels and performance in service facilities.
  • Practicing the full cycle of campaign development (GOSPA, PDCA, and strategic platforms) in activities.
  • Activating showrooms with relevant POS related to the campaigns
  • Setting up SOPs to improve efficiency within the department and with the agencies

Qualifications And Knowledge

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Bachelor of Communications in Advertising /Marketing.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in communication sector
  • 3+ years of experience in the automotive sector
  • Preferably has experience of/is currently working in an Aftersales Marketing position in the UAE/GCC

Job-Specific Skills

  • Time management
  • Can easily work under pressure
  • Work on own initiative
  • Knowledge of vehicle market
  • Advanced understanding of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
