Job Overview:

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with an “All in One” persona. This individual will lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, possessing a unique blend of marketing and growth strategy, SEO, content creation, and social media management expertise. As a pivotal team member, you’ll contribute to decision-making and strategic planning, driving our brand to new heights. Additionally, we are committed to implementing Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies to enhance our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative B2B marketing and growth strategies in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research for B2B trends and competitor analysis and identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Lead B2B-focused SEO initiatives to optimize website content, structure, and performance.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns focusing on B2B marketing, leveraging analytics for decision-making.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies on platforms such as LinkedIn tailored for the B2B audience.
  • Create compelling and engaging B2B-focused content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.
  • Develop a content calendar and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and promote Product-Led Growth (PLG) in the B2B space.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B marketing management with a track record of driving successful campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of B2B SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and proficiency in managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with a creative mindset.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to drive successful marketing campaigns in the B2B sector.
  • Knowledge of the LinkedIn platform and its dynamics.
  • Experience and commitment to implementing Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies.
  • Ability to work independently, self-managing.
