Marketing Intern – Product Seeding

We are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial intern to complement our EMEA team to build the On brand through strategic product seeding. You will manage the coordination between markets for product orders and send-outs to key influencers, run crews and media from diverse industries, to ensure that On becomes the go-to brand on runners bodies. You will collaborate with EMEA marketing teams on campaign-based seeding initiatives.

Your Team:

We’re the friend who shows you where to find city adventures, the run crew captain who won’t let you slow into the finish, the trail runner who pushes you to the summit to soak up the sunrise. We love getting to know our community and finding out what they want and need. We’re always looking for new, interesting ways to communicate our products – so if you have an idea that could be our new secret weapon, speak up and run with it (literally)!

We’re big thinkers and change-makers, constantly reinventing how we do things – questioning the status quo and finding new ideas to try as inspiration strikes us.

Your Mission:

• Coordinate the product ordering and send-out process across EMEA ensuring that we drive brand visibility through product
• Take ownership of our brand product space in our Berlin office to ensure product availability and tracking
• Welcome On partners and deliver great product seeding experience
• Closely align with our Supply & Demand Management team and our Comms, Influencer Marketing and Community teams to create a seamless seeding process
• Deliver towards the set product and seeding timeline
• Support in additional areas of the Community Marketing team as needed

Your Story:

• You are looking for a 6 months internship within a thriving global business

• You are a strong communicator – with fluency in English. German is a plus.
