As Marketing Integration manager, you will contribute significantly to implement and further develop the new frontier of the LEGO Marketing planning formula. Core Responsibilities

  • Act as role model contributing to drive the OESP (owned-earned-shared-paid) planning mentality shift
  • Lead the local OESP campaign planning process by planning key steps, coordinating the relevant partners to ensure an excellent OESP process execution
  • Support Brand Managers to prepare integrated briefing and identify relevant channels specialists to attend briefing session and to respond to brief
  • Ensure the integrated response addresses the brief and delivers a real channels touchpoint integration
  • Set up the Performance Marketing agenda, establish and drive After Action Review process and provide analytics
  • Actively work with Global and Regional Marketing Integration Managers to maintain an editorial calendar across channels and touchpoints

Our Marketing Integration manager will join the local marketing team sitting in Dubai. Our team consists of different functions (Brand, Shopper, Ecommerce, Planning, Media, Brand Relation and Digital Communication). The team is responsible for marketing and campaign Planning from local strategy to execution; setting a clear tone of voice for LEGO® Brand and building the long lasting relationships with our consumers and shoppers. The role will sit in local Marketing dept and will be driving the deployment of the new OESP (owned-earned-shared-paid) marketing planning formula.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience in marketing related fields
  • Performance Marketing experience, ability to set clear metrics and follow through
  • Strong understanding of local media landscape
  • Experience in media planning, media management and campaign implementation across channels, including eCommerce.
  • Understanding of media briefing process from both client and agency side
  • Experience with coordination of a diverse panel of partners, leading cross functional projects (project management, scrum master or account management experience as a plus)
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others to embrace new ways of working
  • Fluent in English
