Davidson Homes is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Marketing Coordinator position. The purpose of this position is to assist the director in the coordination and execution of marketing activities for Davidson Homes Mortgage. This position works under the direction of the Marketing Department and the Marketing Director but will coordinate with Davidson Homes Mortgage partners in the promotion of Davidson Homes Mortgage products and services.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assists the Marketing Director in all aspects of the marketing role, specifically, content management and creation for Davidson Homes Mortgage (DHM) company
• Updates DHM web content regularly through the content management system under the supervision of the Marketing Technologist
• Creates marketing material, as needed, to support DHM’s marketing efforts. This includes product materials, loan officer materials, and all branded items for DHM
• Assists DHM employees with DHM storefront access
• Oversees the Google My Business setup and Google Review program for DHM and assists with Davidson Homes (DH) program as needed. Communicates with DHM leadership team to ensure we are seeking
• Oversees the DHM company survey program. Manages and maintains edits and updates. Reviews surveys regularly and reports issues and opportunities to the director of marketing and DHM president
• Works directly with the Marketing Technologist to evaluate and identify website opportunities and/or inefficiencies
• Supports Davidson Homes community grand opening events by ensuring DHM is informed and has a presence
• Manages and oversees the company Intranet content for DHM via the SharePoint platform.
• Reviews HTML5 Ads on our paid digital platform, and other forms of digital ads under the supervision of the Marketing Technologist
• Manages and oversees DHM email marketing strategies
• Manages and oversees the distribution of DHM customer updates based on loan status using the DHM customer platforms
• Assists with DHM editorial calendars and posting using post-management software/platforms
• Assists with corporate event planning or community outreach efforts on an as-needed basis
• Knowledge and understanding of compliance pertaining to lender marketing materials created for DHM
• Supports the online sales team with DHM content and updates as needed
• Supports marketing activities with other Davidson Holding Companies as needed
• Remains current in social media and marketing trends
• Performs other related duties as required
• Excellent organizational or prioritization skills

Minimum Qualification

Three-plus years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Hiring team is seeking someone with experience in marketing, advertising, and/or digital communications that are supplemented by experience in visual communications such as graphic design. Proficiency in AP style or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job is preferred. The candidate must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Required Education

4-year college degree from an accredited university in marketing, advertising, communication or equivalent work experience is preferred. Financial marketing a plus.
