About The Position
For our new property Hyatt Regency Erbil Residences, we are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager who enjoys taking extra miles to ensure the success of the commercial function. Someone who is a natural leader and enjoys the challenge in exceeding the highest standards of guest experience and financial success. He/She will be responsible for creating and implementing plans to increase market share, commissioning or conducting market research, overseeing market data analysis and evaluation, distributing promotional material, responding to customers’ queries and comments on social media and networking during marketing events, coordinating with and managing agency partners, creating marketing presentations for stakeholders, obtaining necessary consent and providing final approval on all marketing collateral, products, and promotions.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism studies;
- Experience in a similar marketing management position
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – We are looking for someone with a sincere passion for working with others and creating a difference in our workplace
- Fluent in English
