Sales and Marketing Partners
SMP is an outsourced event sales and direct marketing firm, overseeing marketing campaigns for world-renowned companies and brands, driving revenue by building connections directly with the client’s target audience.
Due to the rapid growth of our company, we are seeking an ambitious individual to join our growing team, and help drive our new business sales activity. The right candidate must have a desire to improve their skills set, from communication to teamwork. Our most exciting applications come from those who are able to work as part of a team and are excited about taking on an exciting opportunity in a sales and marketing role with a tremendous opportunity for growth within the company, with the right candidate of progressing to a managerial position. Experience is not a necessity as we train new candidates with all the necessary skills in order to excel in this role, from customer to client interaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work on marketing and sales campaigns for world-renowned brands with our internal teams.
- Generate leads and customer acquisition
- Set up and present client services to potential customers.
- One on one interaction with customers and tailoring products to their specific needs.
- Training and managing other individuals within the industry

Salary:
– Base Salary ranging from £25,000 – £40,000
– Uncapped commission structure
