As a Marketing and Sales Manager for Electrification Business Area in Seoul, South Korea, you will define and implement sales and marketing initiatives in line with strategy, while proactively leading, developing and coaching the marketing and sales team.

This position reports to

Local Business Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Generating demand in the market to create growth in line with strategy, and providing input to strategy
  • Ensuring targets such as margins, cash flow and Net Promoter Score are achieved through oversight and specifying improvement actions
  • Implementing a customer-focused attitude, raising awareness of market opportunities and ensuring appropriate action is taken
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and developing new customers to generate growth
  • Strengthening customers’ perception of a division that is easy to do business with and being the voice of the customer internally
  • Driving marketing and sales in the domestic market, including product launches
  • Driving sales efficiency and effectiveness, and ensuring balanced growth through all product lines, product groups and business areas
  • Ensuring that agreed service levels are maintained through efficient business and support functions in back-end sales, as well as shared platforms

Your background

  • More than 15 years of experience in industrial equipment market including working as senior manager position at least more than 5 years with LV-MV-HV electrical equipment
  • Sound knowledge of Market & Sales, team management and distributor management in the industrial equipment market (HV-MV-LV equipment would be preferred)
  • Knowledge of Profit & Loss management
  • A solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Highest compliance and Integrity manner
  • Innovative and ‘out-of-the-box’ mindset
  • Business level of English communication skill (oral and written) and native level of Korean communication skill preferred
