Within the North Region Marketing Team (UK, Sweden, Netherlands), you will work closely with Area Marketing Specialists, CRM, Paid Acquisition & Brand, as well as other departments at TheFork, such as the local Sales Team, Central Marketing Teams, Customer Service & Operations. You will be reporting to the North Region Marketing Manager.

On a daily basis, you assist the Area Marketing Specialists of each of the three markets to design business recommendations, ensure quality content, and optimize the acquisition and repetition of our users.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the B2B clients and prospects database to make sure we provide a clean and relevant lead supply to our Sales. Identify the new gastronomic trend, coordinate with the sales team to get the right focus and get feedback from the field.
  • Optimize the quality of the content on our website and app for our B2C users, such as; working closely with the photo agency, updating the most relevant tags on each restaurant page
  • Support the local marketing team in monitoring business results and ad-hoc analysis of performances.
  • Coordinate the implementation of transversal projects, such as creating a new process to generate massive content, etc.

Skills

  • Bachelor/ degree
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written)
  • Analytical skills and capabilities to model and understand data and make data-driven decisions
  • Project management skills, autonomy, proactivity.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to thrive under minimal guidance.
  • Enjoys teamwork.
  • Strong interest in the Food and Restaurant industry (is a plus).
