Job description:
Are you interested in learning about Capital Markets? Do you want to make a challenging internship in the Spanish Stock Exchange? In BME we are looking for an intern to join our Meff energia team in Barcelona to collaborate in Margins management and invoicing tasks.
What You Will Do
- learn the characteristics of the different electricity market participants, collateral management and TSO settlements which includes electricity market imbalances
- acceptance of margins in their different ways of formalizing them
- daily control calculation requirements and daily margin monitoring
What You Bring
- ability to rigorously follow established procedures
- studies in business administration, finance, capital markets, international business or similar
- knowledge of Excel/ Access
- organized, methodical, proactive, analytical person and with interest to work and learn from a team
- constructive and responsible attitude
- fluency in English and Spanish verbal & written (B2 level minimum)
