Key Accountabilities
- Provide technical leadership in identifying and implementing new and innovative manufacturing.
- Identifying and resolving process-related inefficiencies and championing process improvement project.
- Provides process engineering and controls support of existing processes.
- Lead assigned projects to timely completion..
- Perform assignments that have moderately complex objectives and require the investigation of multiple variables.
- Assist in trouble-shooting of a product. Perform Root-cause analysis.
- Ability to manage and drive projects to completion.
- Assist with the analysis of statistical process analysis on new and existing products.
- Responsible for complying with safety rules and procedures
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Experiences in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- CAD, Machine, Jig and Fixture design skills preferred.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Exposure to global work environment.
