Your Mission:As a Manufacturing Apprentice at Saeki, you’ll have the opportunity to learn cutting-edge skills in CNC machining, 3D printing, and CAD/CAM technology, working hands-on in one of the most advanced manufacturing facilities. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you’ll actively participate in all areas of production, from planning and scheduling to operating high-tech machinery.

What You Will Learn

• CNC Machining: Gain practical skills in operating CNC machines and understanding their role in modern manufacturing processes.
• 3D Printing: Explore the world of additive manufacturing by learning how to set up, operate, and troubleshoot 3D printers.
• CAD/CAM Software: Learn to design and program tools using state-of-the-art CAD/CAM software to create precision parts.
• Production Processes: Get involved in the full production cycle, from planning and sequencing to quality assurance and on-time delivery.
• Health & Safety: Understand the importance of maintaining safety standards on the shop floor, including housekeeping (5S) practices.
• Teamwork & Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, learning how to improve processes and enhance the overall manufacturing experience.
