If you possess the above-mentioned profile then you are the one we want to meet for staffing our Prototypes Manufacturing Team that is supporting the development of the company’s new Reduced Risk Products, within the Manufacturing Development Center of Philip Morris Products S.A., based in Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
As a Manufacturing Engineer you will be the person responsible for complex pilot processes requiring both a good technical expertise and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team and our partners.
Your profile
Define and optimize operating parameters while collaborating with a small team of technicians and operators in the execution of the various processes.
Analyze the performances and drive continuous improvement of our processes and equipment.
Propose technical solutions to manufacture new design of prototypes, liaise with external equipment manufacturer to build, install and commission upgrades of our capabilities.
Initiate/execute process and product related experimental plans, gather and analyze data and provide conclusions in experimental reports.
Participate in the continuous improvement of our Quality Management System
Master of Science in Food Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
Ability to work in interdisciplinary and multicultural teams
Action and result-oriented, strive for exceptional results
Ability to communicate effectively in English and French
