Our Pharma and Life Sciences practice are looking for experienced Managers, Senior Managers and Directors to join the team in Zurich.

What You Will Be Doing
- Developing strategies and operating models to transform ways of working across the value chain from Research through Development to Commercial.
- Implementing change in global, x-functional organisations in a strategic and sustainable way.
- Designing and implementing Quality Management Systems and the associated GCP / GVP processes.
- Optimising product development team ways of working in response to change, i.e., a new strategic direction, changing customer needs, evolving evidence requirements, etc.
- Advising on Patient Engagement strategies and operating models, considering how to measure impact and leverage data for insight.
- Creating best practice for strategic alliances to be successful whether that be for co-development or post-merger integration.
- Supporting Brand Teams with Advisory Boards, Launch Excellence and go-to-market strategies.
- Developing omnichannel strategies and building Global and Local omnichannel capability including the adoption of digital tools and agile ways of working.
Your Skills And Experience
- Extensive pharmaceutical and Life Sciences experience from working in management consulting with Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences clients.
- Proven consultancy skills in one or more of the following areas:
- Transformation Programme Management,
- Change Management,
- Process design enabled by technology,
- Digital, data and analytics,
- Strategy and Operating Model.
- Proven track record of ownership, team leadership and results in challenging client-facing environments.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and the commercial acumen to help us grow the sector.
