Description

As a Manager for our security incident management team, you shall assume ownership of managing the cyber security incidents in the company. You will work closely with the incident response team, supporting them by managing the incident, bridging various business units with the incident response team. You will also work closely with various key stake holders such as legal, privacy and corporate communications.

If you are someone who loves the challenge of managing incidents and continuously improve our incident response lifecycle, this role would be for you! You will be part of the global security operations center team that provides 24/7 coverage of our enterprise applications.

Qualifications

Primary Responsibilities:

��� Drive incident management bridge calls with affected business units and establish cross functional incident handling team when an incident occurs.

��� Establish key OLAs with various teams for responding to incidents.

��� Develop and coordinate the table-top exercise with key stakeholders.

��� Handle communications such as executive updates or updates to key stakeholders in the company.

��� Perform regular reviews and ensure the incident response plan is up to date.

��� Develop metrics to identify key areas for improvement across the incident response lifecycle.

��� Perform post-incident review with the teams involved in the incident.

��� Assist with audit requests related to incident response.

Requirements:

��� Bachelor���s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related discipline.

��� Experience in security incident management.

��� Experience in traffic and log analysis.

��� Familiar with tools such as Splunk, Elastic Search or EDR solutions.

��� Good understanding of computer security, network and operating systems.

��� Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

��� Excellent verbal and written communication skills
