Role

Primarily responsible for the management of digital accounts across platforms including Programmatic Media Platforms – DSPs, Bid Managers, Programmatic Deals & the different social channels – from the early planning stage to the final moment of present solid results and key insights for future activity.

With a keen interest in keeping up to speed in emerging technologies and developments in the digital industry and sharing that knowledge and information with the rest of the Digital team.

Responsibilities

Baseline

  • Interface with Digital and Media teams, as well with clients when required.
  • Manage workload and allocations to ensure delivery respecting deadlines.
  • Develop strategies and plans for optimal results on Programmatic and Social Media.
  • Ensure high quality on implementation, management, optimization and reporting.
  • Support new businesses projects with insights and relevant info from the Ad Platforms.
  • Support with benchmarks & audience sizing for the different types of campaigns and channels.
  • Perform Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Delivery on campaign reporting & insightful recommendations.
  • Perform onsite presentations to core stakeholders be it campaign driven or strategically driven.
  • Support on trainings and workshop, both internally as well for clients when required.
  • Assist Finance department by providing spends information for reconciliation purposes.

Growth

  • Improve processes and frameworks; share learnings, successful tests and case studies.
  • Be up to date with the big trends and key happenings on the Digital ecosystem.
  • Provide occasional support for other account units in cases of absence of colleagues.
  • Develop Digital and Media cross-expertise knowledge.
  • Strengthen relationships with key suppliers and drive industry thought leadership.

Requirements

Essential

  • Proven deep experience and knowledge in global Programmatic & Social Platforms particularly: DV360, FB Business Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, tiktok ads manager.
  • Familiarity with collaborative ads on Facebook.
  • Base knowledge in other Digital areas such as Performance, Direct Buys, Affiliate Marketing, SEO.
  • Ability to ensure a test and learn mentality across all platforms to solve for client challenges.
  • Strong work load & project management skills with ability to manage a team remotely and ensure solid quality control sheets are put in place for error free environment, whilst ensuring deadlines.
  • Strong team & client management skills with the ability to manage expectations, preempt challenges & troubleshoot when required.
  • High proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint.

Desirable

  • Knowledge on other Buying Media Platforms: other DSPS, Google AdWords, LinkedIn, Adobe TubeMogul or TheTradeDesk.
  • Knowledge on other Digital Marketing tools: Web Analytics, AdServers.
