Job Summary:

The Partner & Campaigner Engagement and Support Manager will oversee Mission and Mobilization’s (M2) scalable system to onboard, support, inspire, grow, encourage, and retain CRS partners and volunteer campaigners across all key constituency groups, including high schools and un iversities, and focused on those new to CRS campaigns (entry level supporters) as well as those who are experienced with our work (mid level supporters). The Manager will focus on strategic efforts to increase advocacy and fundraising outcomes from our partners and supporters, implement new initiatives to scale the recruitment of new chapter and club hosts and our most highly engaged supporter pipeline. The Manager also contributes to strategic budget planning and resource management based on operational goals and objectives.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Non-Profit Management or related field required.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years’ experience managing high impact advocacy, fundraising or related initiatives. Experience in complex relationship management, volunteer recruitment and development, or leadership training.
  • Minimum of three years management experience

Required Languages – English.

Travel– Must be willing and able to travel up to 10% within the U.S. On occasion internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bicultural English/Spanish competencies, including bilingual English/Spanish language skills
  • Demonstrated experience successfully activating people to join and take action in issue-based campaigns through advocacy and fundraising, and to provide their time, talent and treasure in increasing their actions in more complex, and more impactful ways.
  • Experience engaging partners and strengthening partnerships. Experience working with Church partners.
  • Staff management experience and abilities that are conducive to a learning environment.
  • Ability to represent the agency at high levels.
  • Experience in MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio), Web Conferencing Applications, Salesforce, and other relevant information and budget management systems.
