YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’

  • Participate in business discussions with commercial teams/enabling functions/project owners, acquiring updates on business activities, sharing knowledge and ideas on driving business results
  • Support on the translation of strategic plans into operational business plan and financial plans which support local market strategy and priorities, ensuring that all commercial activities are aligned
  • Provide insightful analysis to support on the conversion of the consumer journey into financials and integrate into business plan
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis to support decision making process & maximize ROI
  • Monitor and own business performance (e.g. KPIs, Projects, SoM , competitors’ activities, volume trends, net revenue
  • Monitor cost evolution and ensure efficient financial investment plan/execution are in place, driving best program and channel performance as a whole
  • Interact with IBS/COE teams to support on the definition of main KPI and drivers needed for data modeling
  • Contribute to build business/commercial scenarios (at market level)
  • Support on the preparation of presentations & reports aiming to give a clear and comprehensive view of the business
  • Understand and analyze macro economic and business environment
  • Be the face to external partners and key contact point within the organization
  • Manage local data governance to ensure alignment with PMI standards
  • Be the frontliner checking proper risk controlling activities are done, and providing advisory to commercial teams/enabling functions/project owners on such control area

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree from University or above
  • Majoring in Business Administration, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years’ experience in budgeting/finance planning, finance controlling, finance business partnering in MNC
  • Certificate of AICPA preferred, not must
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Knowledge in financial statements, ROI calculation, financial modeling
  • Good understanding of USGAAP/KGAAP/IFRS, Tax, E-commerce/business flow
  • Competent user of MS office and other financial systems
  • Strong financial analysis, and good communication skills, agility, dealing with ambiguity, stakeholder management
