Responsibilities
The Finance Controller Manager will be in charge of monitoring and following performance of manufacturing site (Chaux-de-Fonds) and its impact on group performance through reporting, KPIs and analysis. He/she will be the key contributor to the plant strategy by providing financial support and business analysis. He/she will drive the financial performance improvements across all operational areas including material spend, labor & overheads and working capital. Your responsibilities :
- Support to the Head of Operations Finance & Controlling and backup of the Manufacturing Controller
- Responsible for prioritization, coordination, and implementation of transformation initiatives with focus points on productivity and industrial P&L
- Drive and coordinate various departments over budget process to ensure accurate and realistic financial projections
- Analyze monthly variances and provide actionable insights for the manufacture and the group
- Buildup, follow and analyze relevant Operations KPIs
- Calculate savings and productivity gains realized on operational projects (VCP)
- Drive automation and process improvements
- Support on up-coming projects or the continuous improvement process
Your Profile
- You have ideally a master’s degree in finance or controlling
- You have experience of working in a regional or global headquarters and across international affiliates
- You have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Finance
- You are ideally experienced within the FMCG, Lifestyle and/or Luxury industry combined with or audit company experience in the relevant industries
- You have a good level of communication skills in English and French
- You have ERP and Microsoft Office knowledge and you are up to date with technical financial knowledge (IFRS standards and accounting treatments)
