The position is to be filled as soon as possible with a contract duration of two years. At the end of the initial two-year contractual period, there are good prospects for conversion of the contract from a fixed-term to an open-ended employment contract. Employment location will be ideally Bonn or Berlin, but there is flexibility to consider other locations within Germany.

Corporations support our work in the fight against hunger and poverty in many ways: For example through donations, charity products and employee engagement. Each partnership is unique. In your position as Manager Corporate Partnerships, you will use your skills in key account management, sales or marketing to support existing partners and convince additional companies to cooperate with Welthungerhilfe. Your goal is to form powerful, sustainable partnerships and to meaningfully combine the goals and objectives of companies with those of Welthungerhilfe.

Your responsibilities

  • Developing concepts and measures for the stewardship and acquisition of well-known corporate partners
  • Identifying promising prospects
  • Developing convincing new offers, together with our colleagues in Germany and abroad
  • Using networks to identify contacts within companies
  • Reaching out to suitable contact persons in companies to convince them of Welthungerhilfe’s work
  • Optimizing measures through data analysis.

Your profile

  • A university or polytechnic degree or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in business development, key account management or similar areas
  • Creativity as well as an independent, proactive working style
  • Very good manners and the ability to represent Welthungerhilfe externally
  • Willingness to go on business trips
  • Distinct communicative talent
  • Very good English and German language skills, both written and spoken
