You’ll have a key role to play in an organization that has people at its heart. You will be managing a range of activities that help our global workforce, including maintaining employee histories, administering company compensation and benefits programs, and organizing trainings. You will be relied on to plan the manpower needs from internal and external sources. You will also have the important role of advising on all types contract negotiation.

  • Provide in-depth People Experience knowledge for Switzerland on all local People Experience related tasks and activities across the whole employee life cycle
  • Coach managers on any queries on People Experience processes, initiatives, and regulations
  • Drive Employee Relations activities and prepare required documentation
  • Collaborate with middle Management Team in Switzerland
  • Proactively support the global People Experience function and drive local implementation of local as well as global projects
  • Consulting and coaching of managers in personnel-related and labor special cases, the Career Event Management (transfer, promotion, assignment, termination, etc.) and in the application of the manager based People Experience tools and processes (Compensation & Performance Management, Life Cycle Management etc .)
  • Responsible for recurring People Experience processes (Year-End Review, Salary Review, Talent Planning etc.)
  • Working closely with the interfaces to Global Shared Service Centre and the CoE (as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, GBS)
  • Participation in local and cross-function projects within the People Experience in cooperation with the departments
  • Partnering the regional Internal Communications colleagues on topic related to the Internal Communications agenda
  • Oversight of Personnel Administrative activities in close cooperation with the Global Shared Service Centre (preparation of contracts, contract amendments and certificates, processing of maternities, developments, accidents, certificates, processing of social insurance)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws

What you offer:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Economics and Administration or organizational psychology
  • At least 5 years of experience in a corporate environment
  • Knowledge of the local labor law
  • Knowledge and experience with payroll-related law is an advantage
  • Pharmaceutical sector experience is a plus
  • Relevant pharmaceutical experience
  • Demonstrated ability in managing employee relations
  • Ability to understand and integrate internal and external business drivers and financial metrics to drive talent outcomes for the business
  • HR (People Experience) working experience in multi-national organization
  • Proven track record of promoting employee value proposition and experience in Change Management
  • Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage
