We are looking for a
Management Associate (m/f/d)
in Amsterdam, Berlin, Verl or Stockholm to work alongside our Business Unit Lead BNPL
This role will include the following responsibilities
- Directly support the Business Unit Lead BNPL in the day-to-day business
- Participate in, and later manage, strategic projects and business development in an international context
- Coordinate effective management meetings, build awesome presentations, and keep track of the backlog
- Gather data, develop, and prepare decision-making recommendations for top management
Your capabilities
- Structured thinker with good analytical abilities
- Skilled multitasker with a strong sense for prioritization and a healthy pragmatism
- Positive mindset, can-do mentality, and willingness to walk the extra mile
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Courageous team player willing to speak up
Your experience
- Bachelor or master’s degree in economics or comparable studies
- A developed interest in technology and research
- First professional hands-on experience, preferably through internships in related industry fields or consulting
- International experience, maybe in the context of study visits and/or interesting internships abroad
- Excellent communication skills in English; German or Dutch is a plus
