Management and Founder Associate (m/f/d)

Your Role

As a Management and Founders Associate (m/f/d) at StudySmarter, you will have a direct impact on the fastest growing Edtech company in Europe, used by 7 Mio+ students and pupils. You will be working directly with the Chief of Staff and the founders on selected priority topics. Together with you, we will work towards our goal of helping everyone achieve their learning goals and making StudySmarter the world’s #1 learning platform.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• You drive strategic projects end-to-end and work on operational topics with a highly analytical and data-driven approach.
• You will, among others, support projects such as setting up new country teams, preparing a fundraising process, reviewing and optimizing processes, conducting market analysis, and much more.
• You will collaborate with all departments and learn many aspects on how to operate, grow and internationalize a scale-up.
• You will get to know the company by heart and contribute substantially to our business success

What you need for this role:

• You have Ambition! You want to move things
• You have 2-4 years professional experience in startups, consulting, audit or finance
• You have strong analytical skills, use data to prioritize and structure problems, you know how to conduct analyses in Excel/Google spreadsheet and deduct recommendations from the results
• You enjoy creating compelling storylines and presentations
• You are structured, have a good understanding of how to prioritize multiple issues and how to define effective processes
• You always strived to achieve exceptional results, be it in university, sports or other situations
• You can work independently with a high level of goal orientation, have a positive and resilient attitude, even when encountering challenges. Taking ownership, long-term thinking and collaborative teamwork are among your strengths
• You are fluent in English and preferably you know German at a professional level
• You will work in a hybrid model, partially in our Munich office directly with the Chief of Staff and the founders, partially remote
